ULTRO v22.27.0 FINAL • 14 SEPTEMBER 2026

VERSIONS
& UPDATES

The final production pass for the current ULTRO website. It preserves working leaderboard, store, PWA and tournament systems while locking the final Division I/II rank presentation, current branding and mobile reliability.

CURRENT RELEASE • v22.27.0 FINAL

Final production release

Exact supplied Bronze–Diamond symbols and Division I assets are restored, Elite II and Champion II use the approved Draft C direction, Unreal Legends uses the supplied second Unreal symbol, and the site keeps the existing fast-recovery/store infrastructure intact.

Final rank orderBronze I → Bronze II → Silver I → Silver II → Gold I → Gold II → Platinum I → Platinum II → Diamond I → Diamond II → Elite I → Elite II → Champion I → Champion II → Unreal → Unreal Legends → Master → Ultimate Pro.
Two divisions onlyBronze through Champion stop at Division II. Unreal and all ranks above it are special ranks with no Division II/III expansion.
Reference-correct symbolsExisting supplied symbols are not redrawn. Only Elite II and Champion II use the custom approved style; the second supplied Unreal badge represents Unreal Legends.
Production hardeningMobile spacing, touch targets, below-fold rendering, PWA cache generation, accessibility hints and build metadata are refreshed without replacing working checkout or authoritative leaderboard systems.
Season-agnostic identityCurrent pages use permanent ULTRO navy/electric-blue branding instead of treating the old Overdrive visual theme as the long-term identity.
Protected historyC7S3 remains a locked archive, C7S4 remains live RP, Overall remains separate, and server-backed staff edits remain authoritative.
RANK BREAKTHROUGH • 27 AUGUST 2026

Nugz becomes the first ULTRO competitor to reach Unreal

Nugz remains the first ULTRO competitor to reach Unreal. The Summit is dynamic: it always means the next unreached rank milestone and changes as the ladder advances.

Reference-correct rank symbolsThe final build restores the supplied Fortnite-style symbols for the existing ranks, keeps the custom work limited to Elite II and Champion II, and treats the supplied second Unreal badge as Unreal Legends.
🥇 First to UnrealNugz is the first competitor in ULTRO to cross the 5,000 RP Unreal threshold.
🔓 Unreal revealedUnreal is now a public rank across the current RP system.
⛰ Dynamic SummitThe Summit is not one permanent RP number. It automatically becomes the next unreached rank milestone.
🔒 Auto-reveal continuesThe next classified rank stays hidden until a competitor reaches its RP threshold, then it reveals automatically.
CURRENT C7S4 LADDER • v22.27.0

One authoritative RP ladder everywhere

Harder Climb is active (+15% promotion requirements). Live checkpoints: Bronze I 0 • Bronze II 345 • Silver I 575 • Silver II 805 • Gold I 1,150 • Gold II 1,380 • Platinum I 2,300 • Platinum II 3,450 • Diamond I 4,025 • Diamond II 4,600 • Elite I 5,175 • Elite II 5,750 • Champion I 6,900 • Champion II 7,475 • Unreal 8,625 • Unreal Legends 11,500 • Master 14,375 • Ultimate Pro 17,250.

🏆 Nugz grandfathered UnrealNugz keeps the first-to-Unreal achievement earned under the previous 5,000 RP requirement. The current Unreal promotion threshold is 8,625 RP while Harder Climb is active.
⛰ Dynamic SummitThe Summit is always the next unreached rank milestone, not one permanent RP number.
Final rank symbol setBronze through Diamond and the supplied Division I badges remain the original reference symbols. Elite II and Champion II use the approved custom Draft C direction; Unreal Legends uses the supplied second Unreal badge; Master and Ultimate Pro retain ULTRO custom badges.
Harder Climb activeCurrent promotion checkpoints remain 15% harder. This affects RP requirements, not the maximum number of divisions.
🏁 Ultimate Pro restoredUltimate Pro is the final ULTRO rank and is included in the active ladder again.
RANK PRESSURE • FINAL RULE

Division II is the permanent cap

The earlier experimental rule that could add Division III+ has been retired. The final public ladder uses exactly two divisions from Bronze through Champion.

Division I + II onlyBronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite and Champion each use exactly Division I and Division II.
No Division III+Future Unreal+ milestones do not create more subdivisions. This keeps the leaderboard readable and keeps the supplied symbol set authoritative.
Special ranks stay specialUnreal, Unreal Legends, Master and Ultimate Pro have no Roman-numeral divisions.
No stat migrationC7S3, current RP, player stats, reward RP and leaderboard revisions are not rewritten by this presentation rule.
PERFORMANCE & COMPATIBILITY • 27 AUGUST 2026

v22.26.02 — Performance + Simple Mode

Front-end optimisation only: competitive records and the protected C7S3 archive are not migrated or reseeded by this patch.

Automatic Simple ModeOlder iOS devices, low-core phones, Data Saver connections and reduced-motion devices automatically receive a lighter interface. Visitors can switch modes at any time.
Faster first renderThe homepage no longer embeds two copies of the large logo data inside the HTML, cutting the page document from roughly 447 KB to about 153 KB.
Lazy social feedsYouTube and TikTok embeds no longer block page parsing. The third-party bridge loads only when the feeds are close to the viewport, and Simple Mode uses direct social links instead.
Reliable PWA updatesThe service worker now checks for updates without browser HTTP caching, uses the new 222700 cache generation and can refresh the installed web app when a new controller activates.
Network timeout protectionSlow navigation and leaderboard requests now fail cleanly instead of sitting pending indefinitely. Cached offline pages remain separate from authoritative live data.
Smaller assetsUnused multi-megabyte Store artwork was removed from the deployment and leaderboard rank graphics were resized for their actual on-screen use while keeping PNG compatibility.
COMPETITIVE SYSTEM • 27 AUGUST 2026

v22.26 — Overall RP & Rank Expansion

The leaderboard upgrade keeps C7S3 historical rankings frozen while moving C7S4 and Overall to the current RP progression system.

Overall RPOverall standings, summaries and exports now use the current Overall RP system alongside lifetime statistics.
C7S3 preservedThe C7S3 archive remains ranked by its original Points ladder and is not rewritten by the current RP system.
Elite + Champion revealedHistorical v22.26 launch values were Elite 3,000 RP and Champion 4,000 RP, with 5,000+ then classified. The current v22.27.0 ladder above supersedes those old thresholds.
Owner RP rewardsThe Owner can add reward RP to a player without changing archived C7S3 data or raw competitive stats.
Fail-closed data protectionIf authoritative leaderboard storage is unavailable, the public site hides live standings instead of displaying default or stale data that could look like a reset.
Non-destructive deploymentv22.26 does not seed a default roster, auto-repair the archive or auto-roll competitive history during normal reads.
CURRENT STORE RECOVERY

Store v22.22.00 — Stability Recovery

24 August 2026: a clean payment-path recovery removes conflicting legacy Store backends and makes Native SOL exact-settlement the only active payment path.

PAYMENTNative SOL • Solana

Paymento is required to expose SOL as the only enabled checkout asset. Underpayments stay unpaid.

ORDER VALUEExact GBP total

Server-side pricing is authoritative. Provider, card, FX and network costs do not reduce the Store order value.

STABILITYOne active Store backend

Obsolete card/on-ramp and duplicate Store routes were removed to prevent conflicting checkout behavior.

SAFETYFail-closed readiness

Checkout requires Paymento API access, signed webhook verification, Blob order storage and SOL-only configuration.

SITE RELEASE HISTORY

Version 27 — Checkout Live

23 August 2026: the ULTRO Store moves from preview/testing into a live, production-ready checkout release.

Checkout is liveThe ULTRO Store now has a prominent site-wide live banner and a direct path from the main website into the V-Bucks checkout.
Eight-pack storefront hardenedAll eight V-Bucks products render immediately from the deployed storefront, so a slow serverless catalogue request no longer leaves the shop looking empty.
Paymento checkout routeCheckout uses the configured Paymento Native SOL-on-Solana route. Invoice creation and final totals remain server-side, and partial payments do not enter fulfilment.
Server-authoritative pricingThe basket can display totals instantly, but the backend recalculates each order using the current product configuration before creating a payment request.
Safer payment statusPayment callbacks are verified before paid orders can enter the Pending_Supply queue; partial payments are held for review instead of being fulfilled.
Order trackingCustomers can follow payment and fulfilment status through their private order page after checkout.
JIT fulfilment workflowThe private store dashboard retains pending-supply totals, V-Bucks batching and controlled fulfilment entry for completed orders.
Deployment refreshStore assets and the PWA cache are bumped to the 23 August production build so stale shop files are replaced after redeployment.
TODAY'S UPDATE • 23 AUGUST 2026

Store checkout launch

The production storefront is now live, with the checkout and fulfilment workflow moved into the current public release.

Live storefrontVisitors can browse all eight V-Bucks packs, add multiple items to the basket and continue into checkout.
Live announcementA new top-of-site banner makes the store launch visible from ULTRO public pages and links directly to the shop.
Reliable catalogueThe eight products are embedded into the deployed page so the catalogue stays visible even during an API cold start.
Checkout protectionOrder totals are recalculated server-side and payment status must be verified before supply or fulfilment begins.

  • The dock exposes accessible pressed state, SHUF ON feedback and shuffled progress alongside existing controls.
  • Shuffle survives navigation on the same device while reduced-motion, data-saving, Reel Off and failed-media protections remain active.

  • Shared Recent URLs contain no saved history IDs, and approved-data refreshes remove stale or withdrawn IDs.

  • Direct PLAY AS BG remains available across the hub by restoring the full reel when a selected card is outside the active custom queue.
  • Successful refreshes rebuild the custom queue from current approved results; temporary failures preserve the working loop.

  • A touch-friendly Reset View action appears for any custom view and inside empty filtered results.
  • Reset View preserves an active clip target while clearing only search, filter and sort state.
  • Regression coverage verifies initial URL restoration, live URL updates, clean defaults, no-results recovery and clip-link preservation.
VERSION 18mobile network-resilience upgrades for the Highlights hub and background reel10 changes

  • A compact live connection indicator reports Loading, Live with update time, Offline or Reel Unavailable.
  • Transient refresh failures preserve already loaded approved cards, filters, counts and the current background playlist.

  • Phone-width Highlight filters, form fields and actions now use larger touch targets.

  • Empty, failed or exhausted reels broadcast a stopped state and remove stale title/provider metadata.
  • Empty results reset the current Weekly Highlight summary instead of retaining an older pick.
