What belongs in ULTRO community spaces and what players should check before submitting clips or tournament information.
Clip submissions
- Submit only media you created or have permission to share.
- Do not upload private conversations or personal information.
- Avoid copyrighted music you cannot publish.
- Staff may reject, remove or choose not to feature submissions.
Information collected
Submissions may contain a player name, title, category, media or link and optional notes. Leaderboard records contain competitive statistics managed by authorised staff.
How it is used
Information supports leaderboards, clip reviews, Weekly Highlights, events and competitive corrections. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for those purposes.
Safety and reporting
Never post home addresses, phone numbers, school details or other unnecessary private information. Report mistakes or unsafe content privately through the official ULTRO Discord. Reviews should use evidence without publicly targeting another player.
Submitting a clip does not guarantee publication. Use parent or guardian guidance where permission is needed to share media or personal information.
